Return & Refund Policy

At MYVAYURA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@myvayura.in with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Personalized or customized products (if applicable).

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI.
